Yarra Trams engaged CH2M to conduct structural assessments of retrofits to their fleet of high floor trams, including passenger information displays and enhanced automatic point systems.

As part of the project team, Michael conducted the research to identify suitable load cases for the structural analysis using Australian and International Standards.

Michael also conducted engineering calculations, finite element analysis, drafted reports and provided design recommendations for submission to Yarra Trams.
