SCT Logistics procured several freight wagons and a fleet of locomotives from CSR (China Southern Rail). As part of the commissioning process, the vehicles required static and dynamic testing to be conducted.

As a test engineer, Michael undertook the design and procurement of test equipment, installed the test equipment to vehicles, authored test procedures and risk assessments, sourced testing deeds and track access approvals, conducted and supervised testing, and assisted in the analysis of test data.

Michael has completed an array of vehicle tests including, static weighing, wheel unloading, bogie-vehicle swing, brake timing and performance, dynamic ride performance and noise testing.
