CH2MHill were involved in an audit on the Victorian state regional rail operator V/Line covering their infrastructure vehicles including tamping machines, hi-rail vehicles and heavy trucks.
As part of the audit, Michael conducted site visits to several infrastructure depots across Victoria to complete condition assessments on available vehicles.
Michael developed documentation to clearly report the condition of each vehicle while also summarising trends and producing key performance indicators for the fleet.
Michael also conducted a high level valuation of each vehicle.
