Project STRATUS – Maintenance Business Leader, 2013-14
The STRATUS Project involved the implementation of SAP at SCT Logistics. The SAP solution was designed to consolidate all the business functions within one national system. The scope of the project included Sales & Logistics, Finance & controlling, Procurement, warehousing and Plant Maintenance.
As a Business process owner delegate Michael, assisted in the scoping and management of the implementation within the plant maintenance section. This included rail, road and property divisions of the business. Significant changes to the standard SAP solution were required and Michael managed these changes within the Plant Maintenance area.
